The SFMOMA Museum Store stands behind the quality of our curated collection and offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or return in-person to our museum storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
